- Find the correct article in the Encyclopedia
- Create a Sources section, if needed, and add to the Sources section the text:
{{SWE|category|subject|text}}
Note that care must be taken to avoid an incorrect link. "Category" refers to the characters, locations, technology, or groups domain. "Subject" refers to the specific entry's part of the URL.
As of July 1, 2014, most (but not all) Encyclopedia entries have been replaced with the new Databank entries on StarWars.com. If the default Archive.org backup link does not work, you can override it with the "archivedate" parameter (e.g. archivedate=20110912224644).
